Your home is your space and it's up to you if you would like to be home or not. You can choose to be home to let the cleaners in or you can leave us a key or code to access your property. Our team undergoes screening and background checks to insure the safety of your home and all your belongings.
Our team is has no problems working around animals! Please let us know before your appointment if the cleaners need to take extra caution with your cat or dog. Examples of things to let us know about are animals that try to get outside when they aren't supposed to or pets that are less friendly.
We understand plans can change, so if you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning just let us know at least 24 hours before your cleaning day. We will try our best to accommodate your scheduling requests.
Of course! Please let our admin team know so notes can be added to your file for next time.
Payments can be made by e-transfer to info@thecleancommitment.com. If you prefer to pay by credit card, let us know and we can arrange a secure online payment.
We try our best to send the same cleaners each time but it's not always possible. Luckily we train all our cleaners to give consistent and excellent results!

No need! Every one of our cleaners goes through screening and a background check so you know you're in good hands. For extra protection our cleaners are all bonded, insured and WCB covered.
