Your privacy is import to us, which is why we are outlining exactly how we use store and disclose your information.

The Clean Commitment will only collect, store and disclose information necessary to provide cleaning services, communicate with you and monitor statistics.

Personal information collected by The Clean Commitment will be stored in a secure database that is password protected and will only be supplied to a third party when required by law or as authorized to do so by the Privacy Act. 

The Clean Commitment may share your information with an authorized agent in order to enhance our services.

Customers may view and modify their information The Clean Commitment has stored at any time by contacting us. Personal information, such as name phone number and address, is required in order to provide cleaning services. If customers would like to delete their information they may do so after their cleaning services have been terminated.  

The Clean Commitment uses cookies and third party analytics tools to monitor website usage trends and traffic. A cookie is a small data file that can include an anonymous unique identifier that is stored on the computer hard drive of the user. Cookies also do not store any personally identifiable information.

The Clean Commitment use the email address you provide to contact you regarding our services. Users may opt out of emails containing newsletters, promotions or service related content. Users may not opt out of account related emails regarding, but not limited to, billing, account confirmation, reminders or changes in services. Emails may contain a code which allows for tracking email usage including whether emails have been opened and if any links were clicked.  

Pictures of your home may be taken for reasons such as, but not limited to, training purposes, quality assurance, dispute resolution or to submit to management for review. Pictures will only be published to the public with written consent from customers. 

The Clean Commitment's Privacy Policy only applies to website users and customers. It does not apply to links to other websites.
